What I've Been Waiting For

As many already know I got a job! I will be teaching as a full time teacher starting this August at Excelsior Academy (a charter school) in Erda, UT. I will be teaching Kindergarten and I am so excited about it! Thank you for all the prayers and support you've given me as I've gone through the search! We are so blessed! This is a picture of the school...and me at it.

House/ Dog Sitters

A family in our ward asked us to house/ dog sit for them for about a month in June. Brandon did a week of it while I was gone. We dog sat two cockapoos. They're pretty quirky but overall adorable. It was nice to have our own space for a while and to get to walk dogs often.
Here I am with Pele

Sawyer. They sit so funny on top of the chairs.

And to answer the lingering question you may have. No dogs for us! They're cute but much like other people's babies easier to hand back when you get sick of them! haha

Home!

I was able to fly home for my sister's graduation in June. She is #2 to graduate! It was a great trip home! So glad I was able to go! Just not long enough! Hanna and I had a make up photo shoot. She ended up looking a lot like Kesha. haha. I attempted to look like a teacher but the body I currently have looks good in very little. ugh!

I spy Hillary...

Pretty cool photo I thought.

Red Butte Gardens

Ok I've been really lazy and have not caught up on blogging. So here we go back in time to May... We went to the Red Butte Gardens at the U of U campus. Absolutely gorgeous!

I have never seen a lilac like this. I love it!

There are lots of places to hike around there.

Cute turtle

We found a sign all about us.

Moose!

One of our favorite places was the kid area. They had a pond, cute furniture and lots of cool plants!

Awesome fountain

Flower bed haha

Cake!

This plant looks like an elephant

It was a fun day. We wished we had packed a lunch because you could seriously spend all day there.
